Perun MOSFET Universal Wiring

Perun MOSFET one of the smallest MOSFET device on the market. Thanks to 14x6x3mm dimensions it can be used even in most confined spaces. But don’t be deceived by its size – it can take a lot.

It’s operating voltage is from 7V to 17V and it can operate with a maximum muzzle velocity of 650 FPS on 0.2 g BB's. Do you think about a higher rate of fire? Perun MOSFET can take up to 50 rounds per second.

Specially designed ultra-low resistance transistor transfers power from the battery directly to the motor, while ensuring that the mechanical contacts have to handle only necessary small currents to turn MOSFET on and off.

That greatly extends their service life and lowers overall resistance resulting in a more reliable replica with a higher rate of fire which you can shoot longer without changing the battery.

Comes with a universal wire set and t-connector plug.
